  Horrible service. Charged my father in law, who’s on a fixed income, $3500 to install a new water softener and iron filter to treat rusty water. The water is just as rusty as it ever was and James will not even return my father in laws calls in an attempt to remedy the situation. The fact that his work doesn’t stand up as promised is one thing but to not even return a phone call when you’ve charged someone with very little income that kind of money is sad. Stand behind your work.

  James Taylor owes my family $384 for work not completed. I have made several documented attempts at collecting this with no results except false promises of refund. At this point, I can not recommend him to anyone. James- please call me at the number you just hung up on and make payment arrangements. Once I have received the money you owe me, I may remove this awful truth of a review! I have been more than graceful with you since this has been outstanding since July 20, 2017 and it in now December. Enough.
